  Answered first call - appointments available within a few days. Taylor was very helpful and explained the function, issue, and care of my W/D. Fixed the leak and stayed for quick cycle to confirm. Friendly and knowledgeable local company.

  We found this place, through google. Called for estimates on washers. Received nice quotes. Drove up to Olympia, found the store, greeted by a sweet woman. She directed us to the 2 rows of washers. We picked one out and I even got a senior discount. We brought the washer home. It works great. We're very pleased with our purchase. Thank you for the great service and appliance. I'm spreading the word, I already have a friend who's going to go purchase a washer.
